Room for Rent - West Midtown - Modern Townhouse in Atlanta, GA

Hi, my name is Sean. I own a townhouse in a gate community in West Midtown. I?m looking to lease my spare bed and bathroom to a professional who has a normal 9 to 5 work schedule. Students will be considered as well if they are mature. Most people would say that I am very laid back, easy going and fun. I am very respectful of others space and I hope to find someone who will respect mine. The townhouse has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large living room/kitchen area, two car garage, and backyard. The community common area includes a dog park, clubhouse, and pool. It is in walking distance to retail and restaurants (e.g., Top Golf, Star Provisions, etc.). The future beltline in West Midtown will also run down one of the community's neighboring roads as well. I have a washer and dryer and all other appliances including a microwave, garbage disposal, refrigerator, dishwasher, range, etc. The heat and air conditioning is all electric and works very well. As an owner occupied landlord I make sure that all repairs are handled immediately.Utilities bills will be split evenly between us. The power bill averages around $125 per month, and the water/sewer/garbage bill is around $85 per month. Cable and internet is currently $130 per month, but can be reduced or increased to meet your needs.
