Nurse Coordinator in Atlanta, GA

Seeking licensed Registered Nurse for the position of Nursing Coordinator for innovative integrated health program. This Registered Nurse will work with the development and growth of a high profile program that will integrate behavioral and physical health in the care of individuals. This RN will interface within a large organization and externally with state and federal entities. This individual must demonstrate high quality interpersonal skills and excellent knowledge base regarding healthcare and care delivery in a community setting.
